Abstract

The  present paper  deals   with   the  hydrobiological observation  on  the  upstream water of  river  Kunda   at Khargone,  M.P.  The   data  revealed that  4  major groups of algae i.e.   Chlorophyceae,  Bacillariophyceae,  Cy­ anophyceae   and  Euglenophyceae  are  persent in  the  upstream of  Kunda  river.
